Micromax have been providing updates and firmwares on their FTP website: ftp://sts.miscomaxinfo.com, you can downloaded Firmwares, ROM, flashing tools and guide from it for particular variant. few days ago Micromax Announced Official jelly Bean V2 ROM for Micromax A110 canvas 2 but to be honest there were some minor bugs noticed on that ROM and now Micromax has rolled out another stable ROM (Jelly Bean 4.1 V3) with fixed bugs and errors. • Go to the A110 Directroy on Micromax FTP website poral and you will find V3_120313_Update to jelly Bean Directory
• Ener the directory and download the file named:S9081_MP_f4.1_B1_IN_MMX_1.10.rar the size of firmware is around 289 MB.
• Now lets begin the flashing process, make sure your battery is fully charged and you have backup your Contacts and other personal data. read the whole process properly and then implement as if something goes wrong your Device will be bricked.
• Now Download Smart phone Flash Tool (For flashing Micromax A110 with new Jelly BeanV3 ROM)
• Just switch off your Canvas 2 completely
• Go to the folder where you have placed the downloaded firmware files
• Now run SP flash tool (make sure Micromax A110 drivers are installed on your system)
• On the SP flash tool window you will find that the download agent link is already present, you just need to add the scatter-loading file (firmware file)
• Click the scatter loading button and browse the Micromax Jelly Bean firmware file and select it
• after the process Click on Download Button and instantly connect your Switched off phone to your PC via USB cable, If the drivers are properly installed  the upgrade process will initiate and you can see Yellow progress bar on SP flash tool.

• Do not disconnect, abort or unplug your device in between the process, Doingh this will brick your phone.
• Flashing process takes few minutes so don’t be panic. Only disconnect your device after you get OK  message on SP flash tool.
