you have to copy a proxy from hidemya**.com and paste it into .ovpn files that are provided to you in configurations. pls dont copy a port 80 proxy as it wont work with it.

1- recharge that number to min. Rs. and use like calling or messaging …. after 20 day’s it will be auto unblock.
2- for unblocking the sim you have to disconnect the net connection every time after downloading 40MB
